Letter to the Editor: Why is the City spending so much?
After I read the proposed budget by Mayor Johnson, I had one question— Why?
Why do we need to build a new city hall?
Why do we need to hire two new park planners?
Why an employee appreciation and wellness program?
Why a subsidy for the Legacy Center?
Please provide rationale for these expenditures. This is my money.
