Boys Basketball

Results: Feb. 2 Alta 76-71 (OT) Lehi; Feb. 5 Lehi 69-51 Orem. Region 4-4, overall 11-6. 

  • Junior wing Lucas Madsen had a perfect shooting night, canning three triples and finishing with 11 points against the Tigers.

Girls Basketball

Results: Feb. 4 Lehi 63-35 Orem. Region 8-0, overall 15-3.

  • Senior guard Maddie Warren scored 13 points including three from long distance and also made five assists, five steals and four deflections.

Upcoming: Feb. 11 at Mountain View, 7 p.m.; Feb. 18 Timpanogos SENIOR NIGHT, 7 p.m.

Wrestling

Results: Feb. 2-3 Lehi finished seventh in the Division A regional at Woods Cross.

  • Ammon Cannon was the top placer for the Pioneers in the regional competition. He finished third in the 126 weight class.

Swimming

Results: Jan. 29-30 Lehi swam in the Region 7 meet at Provo. Comprehensive results were unavailable at press time.

  • Lehi sophomore Bryce Broadhead has achieved high standings in two individual events heading into the state meet. He has the 7th-best time in the 100 backstroke at 54.61 seconds and the 12th-best time in the 100 butterfly at 54.60 seconds.

Upcoming: Feb. 19-20 State 5A swim meet at Wasatch Aquatic Center, TBA.

UTAH MILITARY ACADEMY

Boys Basketball

Results: Feb. 8 UMA 76-16 Freedom Prep Academy. Region 2-4, overall 4-11.

  • Senior forward Grant Pendleton led six players in double figures against the Eagles. He finished with 15 points.
