This Saturday, PDQ– short for “People Dedicated to Quality” – will open PDQ Lehi at Traverse Ridge. This will be the group’s 63rd restaurant in the U.S. and first in the state of Utah. With its quality chicken-focused approach, PDQ offers chef-driven recipes and fresh ingredients typically found in a fine casual restaurant with the value, speed, and convenience of fast food. Always using fresh, never frozen chicken and a variety of sauces and dressings handmade in each store, it will open with PDQ’s brand new menu which will be rolled out in all stores by the end of January.
The menu offers new chef-inspired bowls, seasonal premium sandwiches, and unique sides, in addition to PDQ classics like hand-breaded chicken tenders, delicious fresh salads, made-to-order sandwiches and hand-spun milkshakes. New items include the Pimento Crunch and Grilled Hawaiian chicken sandwiches, new bowls like the Thai Peanut and Queso Crunch, and the Yia Yia’s Greek Salad.
It’s a kid friendly place too and the brand-new eatery features a hand washing station outside the bathroom to keep hands germ free. A fit for all members of the family, PDQ is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, with its menu items made to order in-house every day. PDQ Lehi includes an open kitchen where guests can enjoy favorites for dine-in or take-out, as well as a drive-thru and catering.
Co-founded in 2011 by Bob Basham and Nick Reader, and priding itself on providing a fun and friendly atmosphere for guests to enjoy quality food at an affordable price, PDQ aims to create deep roots in its local communities while donating to local charities, schools, and organizations in need every year.
