Most Valuable Player

James Palmer (Sr. Skyridge): Dynamic playmaker voted team MVP; awesome leader as team captain and a clutch player when the heat was on. Dixie State signee racked up 1,095 yards on 65 receptions, scoring 14 TDs and adding one more as a rusher. Averaged 84.2 yards per game and tied with his quarterback for most personal touchdowns. A standout even though surrounded by impressive talent.

Most Inspirational Player

Takeshi Faupula (Sr. Lehi): Versatile Navy signee led by example in all areas of his life. Strongest player on the team and toughest player on the field. Missed the first three games because of COVID protocols but became the biggest offensive threat for the Pioneers by the end of the season. Averaged about 120 yards per game, 76 rushing and 44 receiving; scored 11 TDs and was a fearsome blocker as well.

QB: McCae Hillstead (So. Skyridge) – Mature beyond his years, signal-caller passed for 3,077 yards and 35 TDs, rushed for 686 yards and 15 TDs.

RB: Jeter Fenton (Jr. Skyridge) – All-purpose tailback rushed for 1,030 yards and 10 TDs, also tallied 294 receiving yards with 2 TDs more. 

WR: Mitch Adamson (Sr. Skyridge) – Tallied 753 receiving yards and scored 10 TDs; team captain was a great leader by any definition.

WR: Jack Hadfield (Jr. Skyridge) – Winner of the Skyridge Character Award; collected 26 receptions for 464 yards and 5 TDs.

TE: Josiah Westover (Sr. Lehi) – Great team leader during the disrupted offseason; more physical as the season went on, 23 catches for 294 yards, 1 TD.

OL: Teague Andersen (Jr. Lehi) – Had 48 pancake blocks and gave up no sacks; graded out at 88 percent or higher each game.

OL: Dallin Richards (Sr. Skyridge) – Captain anchored the offensive line at the center spot, earned the highest o-line grade each week.

OL: Stanley Raass (So. Skyridge) – Dominant left tackle and defensive lineman; high grades week to week in the run and pass game.

OL/DL: Teedrick Toilolo (Sr. Skyridge) – Two-way lineman and captain led team in pancake blocks and had 22 tackles, 3 sacks and 8 tackles for loss.

DL: Stone Mulitalo (Sr. Skyridge) – Captain made 50 tackles including 15 for loss, 8 sacks, forced 8 fumbles, 4 fumble recoveries, 2 picks, 1 for TD. 

DL: Isaac Terrell (So. Lehi) – Played with relentless effort, great leader; 93 tackles including 19 for loss and 8 sacks, 13 hurries, 2 blocked punts, 2 safeties.

LB: Christian Wren (Sr. Lehi) – Ruthless opponent averaged nearly 17 tackles per game; 185 total including 100 solo, 12 tackles for loss and 16 hurries.

LB: Colby Dulle (Sr. Skyridge) – Versatile linebacker and team captain played inside and outside; 72 tackles, 5 sacks, 2 interceptions.

LB: Maka Fainga (Sr. Skyridge) – Dominant middle linebacker and captain led team in tackles with 75; also 12 deflections, 4 sacks, 1 interception.

LB: Brock Love (Sr. Lehi) – Second-leading tackler on the team with 122 including 53 solo; also 4 sacks, 6 hurries, 1 interception, 3 deflections.

DB: Smith Snowden (So. Skyridge) – Reliable and speedy, the cornerback grabbed 6 interceptions and had 14 deflections and 35 tackles.

DB: Sawyer Winward (Sr. Skyridge) – Very good run and pass defender at the safety position; 62 tackles, 18 pass break-ups, 1 interception.

P/K: Cole Barker (Jr. Skyridge) – Earned the spot against tough competition; 95% touchback kick rate and perfect on field goal tries.

RS: Kadiyon Sweat (So. Lehi) – Elusive return man had 431 yards; also a leader in the secondary with 60 tackles, 2 interceptions, 5 deflections, 1 pick-six.  

ATH: Grady Gonzalez (Sr. Lehi) – Deployed in multiple positions to cover team losses. Had 39 catches for 400 yards and 3 TDs, 11 tackles, 195 return yards.
