Alpine Bible Church hosts Fall Fest to benefit orphans in India

This Saturday from 1-7 p.m., the Alpine Bible Church in Lehi is hosting a Fall Festival to raise money for a worthy cause. The church would like to buy a new kitchen for a girls’ orphanage in India. Currently the orphanage uses a kitchen built in the 1800’s. Over the past seven years this Lehi church has supported an organization in India that rescues children in need. India has the highest percentage of orphans in the world and many of these children are rescued from sex trafficking.

The Fall Festival will be located at the Alpine Bible Church, 310 E. State Street in Lehi. It will be a family friendly event and all are invited. Activities include games, face painting, bounce houses, chili contest, a silent auction, vendors and more. 100% of the money raised will go to support widows and orphans in India. A few area businesses are planning to match the funds raised at the event, so every dollar raised will be multiplied by three.

For $10 fall fest attendees will receive a punch card that will allow you to play ten games and receive a free cup of chili. The punch card does not include face painting, glitter tattoos or the food truck.
