Daniel Elman Draper passed away Sunday June 19, 2016. He was born on Sept. 3, 2008 to Vickie Lynn and Dee Harold (Harry) Draper. He attended Cedar Valley Elementary, Lehi Jr. High, Lehi High School and Salt Lake Community College. He was a member of the Lehi High School Longhorn Rodeo Team, participating in steer wrestling and team roping. He was an Eagle Scout. On July 31, 2008 he married Jennifer Collett Smith. They met at an LDS young single adult institute class. They lived in Eagle Mountain and Cedar Fort. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Saints. He taught Primary, and served as assistant Elder’s Quorum Secretary. Danny was a good hand with horses and belonged to the Happy Trails Riding Club. He loved horses, fishing, camping and baseball. He especially loved riding the 4 wheeler with his sweetheart Jennifer, and their dog Roxy.
Danny loved his family. His nieces and nephews adored him and he enjoyed buying them things. He was the first to lend a helping hand to his sister, brothers, or anyone in need. He helped take care of his Grandma JoAn and Aunt Sarah. He is survived by his wife Jennifer, “fur kid” Roxy; parents Harry and Vickie, brothers; Caleb (Mandie), Jeremy (Sarale), Levi (Katrina) Draper and Chantelle (Cade) Petersen, and Grandmother JoAn Anderson.
