Pickle-Ball at Spring Creek Park

Published

on

Nestled in the far southwest corner of Lehi’s Spring Creek area, the newly developed Spring Creek Park offers both beautiful Utah Lake vistas as well as activities for both young and old. The park features include a large playground, picnic pavilion, basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, a jogging path with circuit training, and soon a large open grass space. Spring Creek Park is located on the corner of 2100 South Bullrush Parkway (730 East).

Pickle-ball courts have been in demand for some time in Lehi as it is one of the fastest growing sports in the US. Pickle-ball was invented to be fun and easy-to-learn for all ages and skill levels. The game uses oversized large paddles and a plastic ball and is played on badminton-sized courts with a modified tennis net. Equipment is available locally at Big 5 and Dick’s Sporting Goods.
